Reprints and returns
Personalised labels cannot be resold, so this policy is about reprints.
If the mistake is mine
The reprint is free and I pay the delivery. Send me a photograph of what arrived and I will start again.
If the spelling was typed differently at the order stage
Message me. I will reprint at cost. The proof photograph exists to catch exactly this before anything is cut, so it is rare.
If the labels are damaged in transit
Tell me within seven days of delivery, with a photograph, and I will remake the set.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time before you confirm the proof photograph, for a full refund. After you confirm, the sheet is cut for one named child and cannot be reused.
