Before anything is cut

You see a photograph of the sheet first.

Nothing with a name or a logo on it is cut until you say the spelling is right. If it is wrong and the mistake is ours, we print it again free.

The things people ask.

How long does an order take?

Your order is dispatched within 72 hours of you confirming the proof photograph - the clock starts when you confirm, not when you order.

What is the proof photograph?

Once your names are printed, we photograph the sheet and send it to you. You read the spelling back. Only then do we cut. It adds a few hours and removes almost every problem.

Can you print my own logo or artwork?

Yes - that is what the custom range is for. Pick a size, send your artwork, and we send you a proof of how it will print. Nothing goes to the blade until you approve it. From fifty.

Are the labels waterproof?

Yes. Every label is laminated, which is what makes it waterproof and dishwasher tested. We do not send an unlaminated label.
