What I hold, why, and for how long.
What I hold
Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and the names you asked me to print. That is all I need to make and send your order.
Children's names
I treat the names you give me as your child's personal data. They are used to make your labels and nothing else. They are never published, shared, or used in a photograph on this site.
Proof photographs
The photograph of your printed sheet is stored privately and is visible only to you, through your order link, and to me.
How long
Order records are kept for two years for accounting. Ask me and I will delete anything that is not legally required.
Who else sees it
The courier gets your name, address and phone number. The payment provider, once one is connected, handles payment details directly; I never see or store card numbers.
